Gerri’s Place provides well-being breaks for people who need time and space to focus on their emotional and mental well-being. ​​We offer access to a range of  holistic therapies to those experiencing mild depression, anxiety, grief, stress or burnout.

Supporting you with a safe space to relax

We have created a safe, calm, non-judgemental and welcoming space.  A space for you to take a breath, to rest, reset and reconnect with yourself and your natural rhythms. To take a break from this busy world, re-balance yourself and learn some practical tools that will help you maintain that balance long after the weekend is over.  Ultimately, our goal is to help you find hope and reclaim joy and happiness going forward.

The Inspiration

Gerri's Place was inspired by founder Rebecca's personal experience with her mother and her commitment to addressing gaps in the current mental health system. By providing affordable well-being breaks, Gerri’s Place empowers individuals with the tools they need to support their mental wellness journey.
