We invite you to a virtual space to connect, receive mutual support, and encouragement for your continued self-care. Join us for our monthly check-in with Gerri’s Place community, and gift yourself an hour of self-care. Guided by Gerri’s Place facilitators, the session will reconnect you with some tools and practices to help you stay well.

This month Lorraine and Alicia will be discussing tips for keeping the busy traditional holiday period stress free.
